Katie Nova, a New York City based celebrity makeup artist, has worked in the beauty industry for more than fifteen years. While she is skilled in every nuance of cosmetic artistry, she is best known for her ability to create flawless, dewy skin and mesmerizing cat-eye looks.

As a young child, growing up in her native country of Bulgaria, Katie was immersed in the world of competitive dance. It was here that she first discovered her passion not only for dance, but also for the art of makeup. At home, she would dig through her mother’s makeup bags, fascinated by all the color palettes and different textures. By the time Katie was ten, she knew she wanted to be part of the beauty industry. She quickly became someone whom her ballroom dance friends could rely on when they needed professional makeup for performances.

At nineteen, after becoming Bulgaria’s youngest National Latin Dance Champion, Katie moved to New York City to pursue her dream in the beauty business. Her determination, desire, and talent soon landed her as a top go-to makeup artist for countless magazines, editorials, as well as numerous television and fashion shows. As her reputation grew she complied an impressive list of celebrity clients including Paris Hilton, Maren Morris, Carole Radziwill, Lennon Stella, Amelia Gray, Joelle Fletcher, Niki Demar, Megyn Kelly, Lisa Rinna, Delilah Belle, and many more.
