Shannon Rasheed is known for seamlessly blending a fresh aesthetic and a warm and caring personal touch. She has held a lifelong commitment to hair and makeup that began as a teenage obsession with black liquid eyeliner. Shannon could not have anticipated that her fascination with makeup would blossom into a fulltime career as a hair and makeup artist.

As passionate today as she was as a curious teen, Shannon's career continues to grow and evolve. With her innate artistic ability and discerning eye, Shannon constantly challenges herself to explore new creative visions while maintaining the fresh approachable style that has become her trademark.

In addition to her recognized talents as an artist, Shannon sets her clients at ease with her lighthearted demeanor and displays a warm sensitivity that underscores her awareness of the moment and the importance of her clients' needs.

To date, Shannon has enjoyed opportunities to work with renowned photographers such as Annie Leibowitz, Harry Benson and Martyn Thompson. As well as appearing in notable publications such as, Vanity Fair, GQ, Vogue, Glamour and Lucky magazines. A selection of her advertising clients includes Nordstrom, Macy's, Target and Mondetta Performance Gear.
