Patrick Kyle began his career in hair at an early age when his Mom asked him to french braid her hair. He learned by watching his friends (all beautiful girls) at a small baptist church where he grew up in Houston, TX. He then pursued a career in Theater, finishing his BFA at The University of Oklahoma. After performing in Footloose, the musical for two years he began focusing full time on his career in hair. During his cosmetology training at Aveda in Soho, NYC, he discovered his passion for hair styling. His pursuits led him to his first salon job with Serge Normant at John Frieda and assisting celebrity stylist Mark Townsend.

Currently, he is styling at his studio in New York City and freelancing. His editorial credits include Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Nylon, Grazia Italy and New York Fashion Week (Oscar de la Renta, Elizabeth and James, L'Wren Scott and Phillip Plein) and celebrities Rachel Brosnahan, Chloe Bennet, Margaret Qualley, Zara Larsson, Esther Ponvinsky, Aimee Carrero, Grace Chatto and Kim Petras.
